Before the guests arrive at the party prepare the spice jars by placing a plain sticker over the spice jar labels. Assign each spice jar a letter A through to J. Make a note of the correct contents of each jar! Some suggestions to include are: - Saffron

The instructions on how to play are as follows: - The jars of spices are set out in a row in front of the guests.
- Guests must try to guess the contents of each jar initially from sight only.
- Each spice guessed correctly scores two points.
- If the guests cannot guess the spice them they are permitted to taste the spice but they will only score one point for a correct answer.
- The guest who scores the most points is the winner!
